John Richardson was an active copper and tin smith in Winchester during the 1809-1826 period and was partners for a time with William Davison.  They produced Kettles, stills and a wide range of other forms according to their advertisements.  MESDA records three Richardson marked teapots that are quite similar to this example.  S-15478, S-14353 and NN-1084.
