Single Drawer Walnut Stand

This Virginia stand has a finely shaped front apron that flows into nicely tapered legs. The two e board top evidences several campaigns of repair but is original to the piece. The single drawer retains its original bail and rosette brass pull. The shaped skirt is found on Virginia and North Carolina tables from the Tidewater and Piedmont regions.
Condition and Materials: The table is in good condition with numerous diamond shaped repairs to old nailing in the top.
